Exhibits Only: Registration to visit the exhibit hall “Exhibits Only” is FREE when you register by April 7, 2010 and $10 thereafter. Exhibits Only registration allows entrance into the Exhibit hall on all three days (Thursday, Friday and Saturday). Entrance to the exhibit hall is always included with the Unlimited Seminar Package and the Single Seminar registration options.

Your badge will be printed in the Registration area at the show. To make this process quickest for you, please bring your confirmation with the printed barcode on it and go to the Pre-Registered station. If you do not have your confirmation with you, you can still get your badge by simply typing in your name. Please do not register again just to get a barcode – this will make getting your badge take longer.

If you have registered, your name will be in our system and you will be able to get your badge in the Registration area without your confirmation. If you prefer to have a copy of your confirmation, email or call us at 800.560.9942 and we will email it to you. Please do not register again just to get a confirmation with a barcode – this will make getting your badge at the show take longer.

On the Register Now! page, click “Registration Change Page” to access your registration information and make your changes.

Yes, we require each individual to complete a registration form. The easiest way to register is online. If you are faxing or mailing the registration form, please print or make copies of the blank form and fill one out for each registrant. The registration form is available on the Register Now! page.

Once your registration is completed, a confirmation letter with your registration details will be automatically sent via email. To speed up the badge printing process, please bring your confirmation letter with the printed barcode to the Registration area (badges can still be printed without the confirmation if you have pre-registered). If you faxed in or mailed your registration form and did not include your email address, you will receive a confirmation via regular mail approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the show.

If you have not registered by April 7, 2010, you will need to pay a $10 exhibit hall admission fee. All participating exhibitors have “free passes” with source codes that waive the admission fee. You may contact any of your exhibiting suppliers to obtain a free pass to waive the $10 fee. Entrance to the exhibit hall is always included with the Unlimited Seminar Package, the Single Seminar and Roundtable registration options.

You are welcome to attend the show if you are actively looking to start your business. The NBM Show is not an association, so there are no dues or membership fee required for attending. We do require that attendees be affiliated with the industry, so if you do not have a business interest, we advise that this show may not be for you.

If you are bringing a non-industry guest with you (spouse or family member 12 years or older who is NOT involved with or employed at your business in any way), they will need to register as a guest on show site in the Registration area. Guests are not eligible to enter to win the drawing for NBM Cash Vouchers.

A Premium Subscriber is someone that paid $48 for a two-year subscription to their favorite NBM magazine. In addition to the great subscription benefits Premium Subscribers are entitled to Free entrance to the Exhibit Hall at any NBM Show and one FREE Single Seminar or $75 off the Unlimited Seminar Package price including 2-hotel nights (Premium Subscriber price is $224, instead of $299). The 2-hotel nights is included if you register by the Early Bird deadline date of 4/7/10.

As a Premium Subscriber, when you register for the show click the Register Now button and then under the Premium Subscriber section use the registration button where you will be asked for your 12 digit subscription ID# and your last name.

To find out is you are a premium subscriber, look at your magazine label, it will read “PREMIUM SUBSCRIBER” next your name. If you don’t have a magazine handy or you receive the digital edition call the Audience Development department at 800.870.0904.

Our Education Conference consists of lecture-format seminars covering a wide variety of issues important to graphic professionals. These seminars are taught by The NBM Show education faculty members. There are no workshops scheduled in 2010.

Yes, you may register for single seminars at a cost of $75 per person per seminar. If you take more than 4 seminars you may want to register for the Unlimited Seminar Package where you can take as many seminars as you would like and get 2 hotel nights all for $299 if you register by the Early Bird Deadline of 4/7/10. If you register for the Unlimited Seminar Package after 4/7/10 it does not include the 2 hotel nights and costs $255. Handouts for the seminars will not be provided at the show, a link to access your handouts will be sent to you approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the show.

If you register for the Unlimited Seminar Package by the Early Bird Registration Deadline of 4/7/10 you will get 2 hotel nights at the Hilton Fort Worth and you can attend as many seminars as you can schedule all for only $299! You will also have the option to book additional nights at a discounted rate. After 4/7/10 the Unlimited Seminar Package will not include the 2 hotel nights and will cost $255. Handouts for the seminars will not be provided at the show, a link to access your handouts will be sent to you approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the show.

The Roundtable is the two-hour “A Seat at the Table with...” session designed for the intermediate/experienced professionals. Limited to 20 people, participants will get an opportunity in a relaxed, informal setting to experience in-depth discussions/Q&As with one of three industry experts: Steve Capper (Awards & Engraving Professionals), Rick Williams (Commercial Sign Shop Owners & Managers) or Richard Greaves (Apparel Decorating Professionals). Handouts for the seminars will not be provided at the show, a link to access your handouts will be sent to you approximately 2-3 weeks prior to the show.

If you register for the Unlimited Seminar Package AND 2 Hotel Nights, you will be contacted via email by a representative from The NBM Show within 3 days of your completed registration. You will be able to pick which two nights during the show you would like to stay. You will stay at the NBM headquarter hotel (listed on the Hotel & Travel page). Double occupancy is allowed and if the person you are sharing a room with also registers for the Unlimited Seminar Package you could each select different hotel nights.

We’ve made it easy and convenient for you to switch. If you have the Unlimited Seminar Package simply show up at the seminars you want to attend! No further action is needed. If you choose the Single Seminar option and would like to switch your class, you may call our Customer Service Department at 800.560.9942, send an email to register@nbm.com (please include your confirmation #) OR go to the Cashier counter in the Registration area at the show to make a change.

The expense of continuing education may be tax deductible when taken to maintain or improve skills required in your current employment. These tax benefits may also apply if the seminars meet express requirements of an employer. Please contact your accountant for complete details.

Cancellations must be submitted in writing and must be received 30 days prior to the first scheduled seminar to be eligible for a refund. Allow seven days to process refunds. Cancellation notices should be sent via fax: 303.465.3424 or email: register@nbm.com. Cancellations received after 30 days prior to the first scheduled seminar will NOT be refunded. In cases of emergency, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. These requests must be received in writing no later than 7 days after close of the show. Registration name substitutions are gladly accepted.

For their safety, children under 12 are not permitted in the exhibit hall (sorry, no exceptions). Please make childcare arrangements prior to arriving at the show, as there is no childcare available at the convention center.

Each day of the show, four lucky attendees will be randomly drawn to win cash vouchers worth $500 good at participating exhibitor booths. To be eligible to win, all you have to do is attend the show! Cash vouchers are redeemable at any participating exhibiting company during the show and for 30 days after the show closes.
