Andrew Cavers

Andrew P. Cavers is the Director of Sales for Geneva Capital, LLC, joining them in July 2005 as a Regional Sales Manager. In Jan. of 2007 he was promoted to Director of Sales for the Screen Printing, Digital Printing and Embroidery markets. Prior to his 4 ½ years with Geneva Capital, Cavers spent 6 ½ years in the finance and real estate lending markets and received a BA degree in economics and political science from Hamline University in 2000. He resides in Alexandria, Minnesota with his wife and three children.

Chris Bernat

Christopher Bernat is Chief Revenue Officer of Source Substrates, where he is responsible for a number of duties including sales and marketing.

Craig Mertens

Craig Mertens is the president and CEO of Digital Art Solutions in Tempe, Arizona, and the co-creator of the Smart Designs Art System. Formerly a top-producing manufacturer’s rep in the imprinted-sportswear industry, Craig co-founded Digital Art Solutions in 1999, to provide software, hardware and training that assist in electronic art production. Craig is a CorelDraw certified trainer and a past member of the Corel Product Advisory Group for CorelDraw. Craig has been teaching art production seminars for industry trade associations and trade shows for the last six years. Dave Shaw

David Shaw has spent more than 25 years developing his skills, offering an eclectic range of services from airbrushed, printed and sandblasted signs to fleet graphics and advertising design. He owns and operates the Dragon's Den and Graphics by Shaw in Michigan City, Indiana

Helen Hart Momsen

A 30-year veteran of the embroidery industry—with particular emphasis on embroidery digitizing—Helen Hart Momsen is the owner of Virginia-based Hart Enterprises. Widely published in the industry's trade press, Momsen also founded and moderates the “Embroidery Line” Internet chat group and contributes routinely to Printwear magazine.

Jay Busselle

For over 25 years, Jay Busselle has worked in both the production and sales of advertising, decorated apparel and promotional products. Jay’s industry-specific experience, business ownership and graphic design background provide information that is timely and informative. Jay is one of the industry’s premier speakers on electronic art and virtual samples and is now the director of business development for Digital Art Solutions, a Tempe, Arizona-based software company.

John K Barker, Jr

John K Barker, Jr is currently the Sublimation Sales Specialists at Johnson Plastics. John is responsible for the coordination and management of over 20 educational workshops held yearly across the United States and Canada.

Kevin Lumberg

Kevin Lumberg, is a Sublimation Sales Specialist at Johnson Plastics. Prior to his work with JP, Kevin owned a retail shop featuring sublimation on a variety of gifts and apparel.

Lon Winters

At the age of 21, Lon Winters was head of production for Ocean Pacific. He learned screen printing from the bottom up, starting his 20-plus-year career reclaiming screens. He has won nearly 50 international, SGIA, industry publication and FESPA awards and honors, has served 10 years as an honorary Golden Image judge, published numerous articles, led several industry seminars and workshops, and consulted on projects large and small throughout the world. Winters is the president of Colo.-based Print This, Inc./GraphicElephants.com, an international consulting firm specializing in technical advances, plant design, layout, troubleshooting, productivity, quality analysis and complete garment-embellishing solutions. -Read more-

Matt Woodhouse is the western regional Sublimation Sales Specialist for Johnson Plastics. Matt, having an extensive background in the consumer electronics industry, has spent the last five years helping develop and implement innovative digital decoration solutions for business of all sizes.

Michael Kaminsky

Michael S. Kaminsky is vice president of RPL Supplies, Inc. in Saddle Brook, New Jersey, a 30-year-old company serving the photo, embroidery, sign and personal-gift industry. Michael has over 17-years experience in the heat-transfer industry and is a frequent speaker at many events. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of heat transfers, including ink jet, laser, wax thermal and sublimation for fabrics, ceramics, metals and plastics.

Micky Unsworth has been with Conde Systems for 14 years and currently works in the Wide Format Digital Imaging Div. Sales & Service

Ray Smith

Ray Smith has been in the screen-printing industry since 1978. He has been involved as an art director, production manager, plant manager and business owner. He re-joined Wilflex in 2008 as the applications lab manager and is charged with benchmarking products, investigating ink inquiries and testing new inks and applications.

Raymond Chapman

Raymond Chapman is owner and operator of Chapman Sign Studio in Temple, Texas. Raymond has been in the sign business for more than 45 years, creating custom signage for a diverse customer base. He also contributes a regular column on design principals for Sign & Digital Graphics magazine called "In the Studio".

Richard Greaves

Richard Greaves has been a screen printer since 1979. He's a prolific author, frequent trade-show speaker, sought-after industry consultant and served for five years as Printwear magazine's technical editor. He is one of the industry's foremost authorities in all areas of textile screen printing and serves as library chairman for the SGIA’s Academy Of Screenprinting Technology.

Rick Williams

Rick Williams owns Rick's Sign Company, a commercial sign shop in Longview, Texas. He has been in the sign industry since 1973 and has been a contributing editor to Sign & Digital Graphics magazine since 1986. Rick shares the knowledge he's gained from three decades of industry experience in his monthly and semi-monthly Sign & Digital Graphics columns and offers seminar participants a valuable selection of proven shop techniques that he's found to make the difference in small sign shop survival. Rick's seminars are the practical and common sense answer to the everyday challenge of running a small sign business.

Shane Huiet

Shane Huiet is in Marketing with Mimaki USA as the Graphic System Specialist. He has previously been a Technical Engineer and Trainer while working at Mimaki USA.

Stephen L. Capper, CRM

Stephen L. Capper, owner of A-1 Awards, Inc. in Indianapolis, Indiana, is a man of diverse interests who can speak with authority on a number of subjects. Besides being a professional speaker, he is a business operator, a regular contributor to A&E Magazine and a horse breeder. Stephen started an awards business at the age of 12 with a $186 loan from his mother. Since then, he has sold millions of dollars worth of products in national recognition programs and advertising specialties.

Tom Bernard

Tom “Buzz” Bernard has 30-years experience in manufacturing and business ownership. Tom has been in the laser industry for several years.
